I am a registered Dental Surgeon, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sheffield (2004), a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons (by examination 2008) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Master of Science (Distinction) in Forensic Odontology from the University of South Wales (2013) and Masters in Law (Legal Aspects of Medical Practice, 2018) from Cardiff Law School. In addition, I hold a BSc Honours in Physiology from the University of Wales (1999).

I have worked as a dental officer in community, a senior house officer in an oral surgery hospital department and as a general dental practitioner (NHS and private). In July 2012, I set up my private dental practice.

Currently, I work at my dental practice. I am a Specialist Dental Advisor to the Care Quality Commission for dental inspections in England. I am a dental examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons, London. I examine for the License in Dental Surgery (LDS) Exam and Overseas Registration Exam (ORE).

I am registered with the ICO as a data controller. I have written expert witness reports as a forensic odontologist and clinical advisor reports for the General Dental Council. I have undertaken Bond Solon expert witness courses in report writing and courtroom skills.
