Her particular area of expertise is in adults and children requiring long term tracheostomy and/or ventilation. Competent in the production of reports for Quantum, short reports and liability and causation for both claimant and defendant.

Alison is registered with the NMC as both a Registered General Nurse and an Independent Nurse Prescriber. She has 30 years’ experience in clinical practice in hospitals and in the community, with particular expertise in respiratory medicine and thoracic surgery.

Alison has produced evidence and statements for court and appeared as a Professional and Expert witness in Court.
