I am a registered Dentist with the General Dental Council with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Birmingham (1997). I completed my Vocational Training in 1998 at Birmingham to obtain my NHS Performer number.

After practicing within the NHS for 8 years I moved into private practice where I have remained since. I kept an NHS list to treat children until 2012 and since then have worked exclusively within private practice providing care for adults and children. I am also a Denplan Excel accredited dentist.

I completed, by examination, at the Royal College of Surgeons England the Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties in 2014.

I have an ongoing commitment to continuing professional development and attend many courses every year to broaden and consolidate my knowledge.

In 2023 I decided to put this experience to more use with the goal to help others by developing my skills to become an expert witness. I embarked on the Bond Solon Expert Witness programme in 2022 and completed the modules and examinations in 2023. I now hold the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate in Civil Law.

The experience I have gained allows me to provide an impartial and objective opinion based on the current standards of the practice of dentistry.
