I specialise as an expert witness both in the assessment of adults and children in the context of breach of duty of care, appeals for EHCPs and SEND tribunals along with both claimant and defendant criminal and civil cases.

I can take instruction from solicitors, companies, and legal aid cases. I possess several decades’ experience of assessing a wide range of medical conditions within the NHS and private sectors, as well as civil and criminal assessments.

I am competent in the production of Part 35 instruction reports. I maintain full professional clinical HCPC and CSP registration.

I am registered with the information commissioners’ office and have DBS clearance.

I am the author of ten international textbooks on physiotherapy.
