An accomplished Quantity Surveyor and respected quantum expert, Jason brings more than 26 years of experience at the heart of the construction industry.

Jason is an Associate of the RICS, a Fellow of the CIArb, and holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying alongside an LLM in Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication. He currently operates within the Construction, Oil & Gas, Rail, Engineering and Infrastructure sectors.

With roots in the UK contracting sector, Jason has built a career spanning both delivery and dispute resolution.

Jason has held senior Legal and Commercial Manager roles for major building and civil engineering organisations, following early career experience as the commercial lead on complex projects valued up to £30m and as part of in‑house legal and dispute teams.

Over the past 15 years, Jason has operated within the consultancy arena, developing a strong reputation for clarity, rigour, and independence.

Today, Jason is widely recognised as an experienced Party Representative, a UK Adjudicators Panel Adjudicator, and an RICS‑certified Expert Witness, valued for combining deep technical expertise with a practical, commercially grounded perspective.
