I have been practicing as a Building Surveyor since nineteen ninety six (1996). Throughout my career I have undertaken numerous roles in disrepair reports delivery for both claimants and and as well as landlords.
Over the past three years I have worked received instructions from solicitors directly, for disrepair claims throughout the UK as an expert witness for courts.
My reports for disrepair claims have included condensation, black mould, damp water ingress, defective foundation caused through various reasons, DPC, Landlord responsibility, fair wear and tear.
Initially working in London and the South East of the UK for local authorities, housing associations as well as private freeholders.
Over the past six years I have been based in Lancashire and working throughout the UK.
