I have considerable experience across a wide range of construction sectors, including traditional building construction, commercial and residential developments, party wall and neighbourly matters and prime and super prime developments.

I have spent a considerable part of my career analysing and providing remedial advice in relation to building defects.

I hold an Honours Degree in Building Surveying, a post graduate conversion Law Degree, the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence and memberships of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building, the Pyramus and Thisbe Society and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

I have acted as an Expert Witness and provided reports relating to both civil and criminal cases.
