Richard is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with the CIAT.

He brings over 38 years of experience to the practice and his industry knowledge spans across retail, commercial, residential and disabled adaptation sectors.

Richard has a vast array of experience on national social housing schemes, retail and health care projects, however his passion lies in specialising in accessible design and adaptations, with a keen eye for detail.

Richard’s main skills lie in project management, requirement assessment, design development and responding to complex project constraints.

Areas include:

Providing Accommodation Expert Witness reports for people with disabilities.
Property finding and production of reports.
Production of suitability reports of a home prior to purchase or rent.
Production of feasibility studies/designs for a property to be adapted.
