General haematology: diagnostic delay and management of cytopenias including anaemia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia and pancytopenia; blood film interpretation; appropriate investigation and referral; polycythaemia and erythrocytosis workup with thrombotic risk management; inherited and genetic blood disorders including haemoglobinopathies, inherited anaemias, platelet and coagul.
