UK-trained Consultant Cardiologist woth over 30 years experience and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (London), with extensive consultant-level experience across general and interventional cardiology.

In current NHS practice I regularly assess and manage inpatients and outpatients with coronary artery disease, acute and decompensated heart failure, severe and malignant hypertension, cardiac arrhythmias, structural heart disease and follo ups of cardiac surgery of coronary and valvular heart disease.

This broad contemporary practice complements extensive experience in coronary angiography and coronary intervention.

Regularly involved in reviewing patient complaints and concerns relating to cardiovascular care and providing specialist cardiology input to hospital complaints and governance processes.

This includes review of medical records, investigations, clinical decision-making and treatment pathways, with consideration of standards of care, adverse outcomes and potential deficiencies in care.
