Richard is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has been working in property, architecture, construction and surveying since 1993.

He has worked for large and medium sized property and real estate companies, and established RS Building Consultancy in 2012.

Richard has undergone training with RICS and attained Accredited Expert Witness designation and is a Practicing Member of the Academy of Experts.
