I am a Consultant in Spinal Injuries and Rehabilitation Medicine and worked in different settings: France, UK, Pakistan (for the International Committee of Red Cross, for Afghan Refugees), Romania (for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement) and now UK and Mauritius.

My extensive clinical experience has put me in a strong position to prepare medico-legal reports for claimants, defendants and occasionally I have been jointly instructed.

To date I have produced over 2000 reports, specifically relating to cases of spinal cord injury and acquired brain injury.

I have dealt with all aspects of spinal injuries, from ‘basic’ whiplash injuries, to ‘catastrophic’ in spinal cord injuries and acquired brain injuries. I have also been asked to provide ‘condition and prognosis’ reports on pressure ulcers.

In order to provide timely reports, I have reduced my clinical workload. At the same time, I am keeping my clinical skills honed by reading specialist journals, teaching at post-graduate level and attending national and international conferences.

I specialise in complex cases for Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury and other aspects of neurological rehabilitation.

I will present two papers at the forthcoming ISCOS meeting in Gothenburg, Sweden in October 2025.

I am chairing a meeting of opinion leaders in spinal cord injuries for the Lancet Neurology Commission on Neurorehabilitation in Berlin on April 24-25, 2025.

I offer digital technology, telerehabilitation for medico-legal work, as well as face to face appointments. Telerehabilitation reduces travelling costs.
