Received expert witness instructions on over 85 cases (and given oral evidence in 36 of these) in the last 25 years in the UK High Court and the International Court of Arbitration including many from the major City of London, Manchester and Birmingham law firms on significant cases such as both the Buncefield explosion civil litigation and HSE prosecution hearings.
