As a Consultaant Neurologist I have experience in writing a wide range of independent reports for the court/my solicitors. Presently I see medicolegal clients directly or remotely.

My main medicolegal interest focus upon the issues resulting from head/spinal cord injuries leading to the traumatic brain/spinal cord , soft tissue  injury leading to secondary neurological complications.

I also provide a wide range of reports relating to general neurological problems resulting from road traffic collisons and personal injuries at work.

I provide independent expert advice to the court relating to complex injuriess for example clients who have sustained multiple injuries following accidents.

I do independently prepare medicolegal reports, acting as single or joint expert for claimant or defendent.

Specialist caseworks– Expert in evaluating complex neurological trauma including traumatic brain injury(TBI), post concussion syndrome, whiplash associated disorders, peripheral nerve injuries and stroke.

Clinical Neglience–  Conduct through file reviews and provide objective evidence based opinions on the standard of care and breach of duty in neurological practice.
