Mr Robert Hensher is one of the most senior maxillofacial surgeons in London. Between May 1986 and October 2000 he was employed as a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Gloucester Royal Hospital.

He can act as an expert witness, including the preparation of medico legal reports and appearing in court, in all cases relating to maxillofacial surgery.

Mr Hensher’s subspeciality interests include dental implantology, maxillo facial trauma and temporomandibular joint replacement.

In this latter area he pioneered TM Joint prosthetic replacement in the UK.

Mr Hensher has published in peer reviewed journals and has written chapters in contemporary maxillofacial text books regarding temporomandibular joint surgery and its prosthetic replacement.
