Mr Gerry Harlow is an independent Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in the assessment and management of adult neurological disability. This includes Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) and other complex neurological conditions.

He is a director of Neurotherapy Limited, a private neurological physiotherapy practice based in Poole, Dorset.

Gerry is a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Medico-legal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MLACP), the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN) and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL Tier 1).

His expert reports are timely, comprehensive, unbiased, clear and concise. Opinions and recommendations are supported by up-to-date research, ongoing CPD and extensive clinical experience.

Instruction ratio is 50% claimant, 45% defendant and 5% single joint expert.

Assessments are provided throughout the UK, usually at the client’s most convenient location such as their home or care facility. This is important as it enable the client to feel as relaxed as possible and negates their need to travel to appointments.

Reports are compliant with Part 35 of the civil procedure rules, the accompanying practice direction and the guidance for the instruction of experts in civil claims.

Gerry is aware of the practice direction on pre-action conduct and acts in accordance with the code of practice for experts.
