I am in full time practice and perform adult cardiac and thoracic surgery. My job plan includes two regular all day operating lists per week and 2 out-patient clinics per week. I attend regular multi-disciplinary meetings with cardiology and respiratory physician colleagues.

I have a strong interest in teaching and training and cardiothoracic trauma and am the clinical lead for these areas.

I am on the faculty for multiple training courses organised by the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery in Great Britain and Ireland.

Areas include:

Adult cardiac and thoracic surgery.
Cardiothoracic trauma (injury).
