Mr Vasireddy is a full-time Consultant Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon. His specialist field is Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery including pelvis, acetabulum, upper limb and lower limb fractures (open and closed) in both adults and children. He works at King’s College Hospital (Adult and Paediatric Major Trauma Centre), London.
He also manages the Complex Trauma Tertiary Referral Service for the network/region (over 5 million people in the catchment area of the trauma network) and manages the Orthoplastic service alongside colleagues.
He also works as a Consultant in Pre-Hospital Care with the Regional Air Ambulance Service, and also works as Lead for the Research Group. he has worked in the field of Pre-Hospital Care since 2013, including working in London’s Air Ambulance.
He also holds two Academic appointments. He is a lecturer with the Institute of Pre-Hospital Care at London’s Air Ambulance and an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the Blizard Institute of Trauma Sciences at Barts and the London Medical School, Queen Mary University of London.
His medico-legal practice focuses on those who have sustained high-energy injuries. With his training, he is able to provide comprehensive reports and review all aspects of a patient’s treatment.
