I am an experienced equine welfare veterinary surgeon and have written many expert reports and attended court on many occasions within this field. I am happy to undertake instruction from both prosecution and defence in this field.
I have a sound working knowledge of the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the Control of horses Act 2015. I have also undertaken Farrier’s registration council instruction and local authority instruction. I am happy to act as on single joint expert or single expert basis.

I have worked with most of the large equine charities within the UK and was awarded the British Equine Veterinary Association award for services to Equine welfare in 2019.
I gained a Masters in Veterinary Forensic Science in 2022 and have almost completed a postgraduate certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice.
I am also currently studying for a postgraduate certificate in Veterinary Business Management. I completed the CUBS (Cardiff University Bond Solon) certificates in expert witness training (in civil and Criminal) in 2018.
I am also experienced in writing single expert and single joint expert reports.
