Stephanie has been a Care Consultant and giving evidence as an Expert Witness since 1995, and she currently accepts instructions from both claimant and defendant representatives and on a joint basis.
She accepts approximately 70 new instructions annually, advising on the care and care management needs of claimants who have acquired disabilities as a consequence of clinical negligence, road traffic and other accidents.
She has extensive experience of giving evidence at court, attending case conferences and conducting expert meetings. She has reported on in excess of 1,500 cases. She is a full member of the Royal College of Nursing and the Expert Witness Institute and she is a 1st tier APIL expert.
Stephanie has undertaken training with Bond Solon in report writing, court room skills and the role of the single joint expert.
