I have built an excellent reputation with previous clients since 2018 with approximately 25-30 reports per annum and always happy to be contacted directly by solicitors.

I have published extensively in my area of expertise (over 55 publications in peer-reviewed journals with an H-index of 26) and have a very busy clinical practice in spinal surgery, neuro-oncology, skull base surgery and trauma/head injury.

As such, my medico-legal opinions are based on up-to-date evidence-based practice.

Specific areas of interest include personal injury and clinical negligence claims involving head injury, neck and back injury, whiplash, spinal surgery and cranial surgery. I am an expert in The Association of Personal Injuries Lawyers (APIL).

I have completed the Bond Solon medicolegal course in Excellence in Report Writing, Courtroom Skills, Cross-Examination and Civil Law and Procedure.

Clients are assessed within two weeks of instruction and all reports are completed within 6-8 weeks. Whilst consultation takes place in Sheffield, Manchester, Leeds Birmingham and Derby, I am able to travel to other locations within the UK including home and prison visits.
