BNK9 Assessments are a partnership pairing Steve Bishop and Paul Nicholls. We collectively have over 60 years experience in the fields of both law enforcement and dangerous dogs.
We are former Dog Legislation Officers (DLO’s) who were permitted by the crown to give expert evidence into the identification of breeds banned by the Secretary of State under Section 1 Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
These include Pitbull types, Dogo Argentina, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasilia and XL Bully.
We are able to conduct behavioural reports for dogs that require assessing under Section 3 Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 or Section 2, Dogs Act 1871.
We are able to report on matters relating to Section 9, Animal Welfare Act 2006.
We can advise and report on Guard Dogs Act 1975 Matters.
We are able to report on matters relating to the Animal Act 1071.
We provide clients with comprehensive reports for use in both the criminal and civil courts.
All of our assessments and examinations are recorded and professional photographs are supplied.
