I am a Consultant Physician and Rheumatologist with an established specialist interest in the Interventional Management of Spinal Pain.

I teach, am an Instructor in interventional techniques and have published in the subject of spinal pain, specifically Degenerative Disc Disease treatment.

I consult in both Rheumatology and Pain Management. I have over 30 years experience as a consultant and 8 years in medico-legal reporting. I am Bond Solon trained and provide around 70% Claimant and 30% Defendant reports including Medical Negligence.

I am particularly skilled in the interface between Inflammatory and degenerative or osteoarthritic pain problems and associated Fibromyalgia Syndrome but can receive instruction in all aspects of Rheumatic and Musculoskeletal Diseases.

Arthritis and musculoskeletal diseases of all sorts including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, systemic lupus, vasculitis, ankylosing spondylitis, inflammatory bowel disease associated arthritis, osteoporosis and complex rheumatic diseases.

Back and neck pain including sciatica and RTA associated whiplash and back pain. Chronic pain and fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) particularly chronic spinal pain. Complex medical and pain cases especially where injury has been involved.
