Dr David Graham is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Interventional Endoscopist at University College London Hospital.
His clinical expertise spans gastroenterology, with particular specialist interest in cancer management and pathways and endoscopy.
David’s practice is underpinned by extensive consultant-level experience, senior clinical leadership roles, authorship of national clinical guidelines and internationally recognised research.
He is regularly invited to teach and speak at national and international conferences.
David provides independent, objective medico-legal opinions on standards of care, diagnostic assessment, endoscopic and procedural performance, and clinical decision-making.

GI cancer management and pathways; oesophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, hepatobiliary cancer, Barrett’s oesophagus, chronic atrophic gastritis, colonic polyps, missed cancers and early cancer diagnosis.
Endoscopy; diagnostic upper and lower endoscopy (OGD and colonoscopy), flexible sigmoidoscopy, capsule endoscopy, therapeutic endoscopic procedures, endoscopic standards and performance, consent, adverse outcomes, missed pathology, errors and complications.
General gastroenterology; oesophageal disease, gastro‑oesophageal reflux, oesophagitis, Barrett’s oesophagus, achalasia and motility disorders, peptic and stomach ulcers, dyspepsia, coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, diarrhoea, abdominal pain and diverticular disease.
