I am able to assist in the preparation of medico-legal reports, working as an expert witness since 2008, in all aspects of general medical practice.

I accept instructions for mental health, criminal cases, regulatory cases, family cases, civil cases, clinical negligence, personal injury, MedCo cases, prescribing and dispensing errors, working on behalf of the defence or the prosecution.

I have experience of working as a sexual assault and rape forensic medical examiner, and assisting on criminal cases and as a senior expert witness, and am also an EWI assessor.

I have been approved by the Secretary of State under the Mental Health Act 1983 (MHA) as a section 12 doctor.
