She has a PhD in digital forensics, data security and cybercrime, is a chartered engineer, certified computer examiner and a fellow and chartered IT professional of the British Computer Society.

Dr Collie is trained to advanced and expert levels in industry standard computer forensic and mobile phone forensic hardware and software. She is an experienced trainer, published academic and computer forensic investigator / computer forensic expert.
