We have over 27 experienced pain experts and 5 psychiatrists throughout the UK which provide courts in the UK with well-structured medico-legal reports that meet the requirements set out in CPR35, PD35, and Guidance for the Instruction of Experts in Civil Claims 2014.

Our experts all have considerable clinical experience in their respective specialist fields and a genuine interest in providing their expert opinion to assist the courts in the assessment of personal injury and clinical negligence claims.

Our pain management specialists assist the courts in the biopsychosocial assessment of complex personal injury and clinical negligence claims where chronic pain, often associated with both physical and psychological disablement, is an important issue.
