I am a Consultant Respiratory Physician with over 20 years of experience at Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley.

I accept instructions in personal injury, industrial disease, and clinical negligence matters within the scope of respiratory medicine. 85% of my instructions are on behalf of claimant parties; I also accept defendant and single joint expert instructions.

Since commencing medico-legal practice in early 2019 I have accepted approximately 120 instructions.

I remain in active clinical practice, and maintain up-to-date CPD in respiratory medicine. I hold the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate (CUBS) and prepare CPR Part 35-compliant reports addressing breach of duty.

Dr Chaudri undertakes instructions as an expert witness, including the preparation of medico-legal reports and giving evidence in court, in cases related to these areas of expertise.

He used to sit on the British Thoracic Society Specialist Advisory Group on Interventional Procedures, which provides expert opinion to NICE, amongst others. He undertakes Lung Cancer peer review on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement.
