Nicholas is a practicing Consultant Chartered Physiotherapist with more than 23 years of clinical experience spanning the NHS, private practice, sport, performing arts, and the military. He holds the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Expert Witness Civil Certificate.

Nicholas accepts instructions in civil litigation matters for initial screening as well as full report preparation for breach of duty and causation in physiotherapy clinical negligence cases. Comment and opinion can also be provided for condition and prognosis reports and in the context of client disability assessments.

Instructions are accepted in the areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, orthopaedics, sports injuries, performing arts injuries, occupational health, and military injuries. In these areas, scientifically-informed and clinically-experienced comment and opinion can be provided on physiotherapy matters for the lower back, hip, knee, ankle, and foot.
