I have extensive experience of civil litigation in respiratory medicine and lung injury, including asbestos-related lung and pleural disease, occupational obstructive and interstitial lung diseases, chest trauma, lung cancer, medical negligence, and pulmonary function testing.

I prepare over 200 reports a year on all aspects of respiratory disease, and have given evidence in Civil, Criminal and Coroners’ courts on the instruction of Plaintiffs’ and Defendants’ solicitors, and as a Single Joint Expert.

I have published refereed papers in almost every year of the last four decades, and contribute regularly to educational events and programmes for the legal profession on occupational and industrial lung disease.
