Mr Lumley is Technical Director and Head of the Engineering Design at Manderstam International Group, London. He provides support services for engineering in the manufacturing and process industries.

He has over 29 years experience of project management, process and mechanical design and engineering in the offshore and onshore oil/gas, petrochemical and power industries with the Manderstam Group of Consulting Engineers in Qatar and London offices as senior engineer, project engineer, project manager and then project director of UK office.
