Mr Ballaro has been a full-time practicing NHS consultant Urological Surgeon at BHRUT NHS Trust, a busy outer London Acute General Hospital, since 2010 and is on the GMC Specialist Register for Urology.

He is a regionally recognised expert in the management of complex urological stone disease and laser prostate surgery and is highly experienced in all aspects of applied adult general urology in both NHS and Private sectors.

He has written BSc, MSc and MD Degree Thesis at University College London on the scientific basis of urology and bladder dysfunction, has authored over 50 publications and is co-author of a current standard student textbook of Urology.

Mr Ballaro has been writing medicolegal reports since 2024 and has undertaken accredited training in report writing and medicolegal work.

He provides clear, comprehensive and incisive reports within 4 weeks of instruction and has indemnity for Instructions from UK and Ireland.

He receives instructions from solicitors for both claimant and defendant and has extensive experience with both NHS and Private sector cases.

Fees: £280/hour for Screening and Part 35 Compliant Breach of Duty reports, Screening report costs deducted from subsequent Part 35 Compliant report.
