I have been a Consultant Ophthalmologist for 17 years in both NHS and private practice, and also have experience working in corporate medicine. I am an active Consultant Ophthalmologist with a busy medical and medico legal practice.

I am a co founder and director of The Sight Centre group.

My subspecialty expert interests includes opinions on refractive surgery (LASIK, LASEK, PRK, Refractive Lens Exchange, Intra Corneal Implants) and cataract surgery.

(Including multifocal and toric and presbyopic intraocular lenses) and corneal transplantation (corneal diseases, keratoconus, post LASIK ectasia, dry eye, collagen cross linking, penetrating and lamellar (DSEK, DMEK, DALK) corneal transplants, and the systems of donation and transplantation).

In addition I could provide a General Ophthalmologists opinion on all aspects of Ophthalmic care if that were the standard of care being sought.

I am familiar with and up to date in Medical Law having completed a higher degree, LLM in 2022, obtained with merit from Cardiff University. This has allowed me to understand the nuances of the law and its language.

I have had a medico legal practice since 2010, and provide approximately 12 reports per year.
