Provides expert evidence in both civil and criminal proceedings, acting for defence and prosecution, with particular expertise in dangerous dog legislation and canine behaviour assessment.

Expert evidence is provided in cases involving dogs seized under Section 1 and Section 3 of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, Section 2 of the Animals Act 1971, the Control of Dogs (Scotland) Act 2010, and the Animal Welfare Act 2006.

Casework includes dog bite incidents, serious injury and fatality cases involving dogs, and welfare prosecutions.
