Claymore Advisory Groups principle expert and founder, Gary Carroll began his expert witness journey with the West Midlands Police, consulting in serious and organised criminal operations, training new Expert Witnesses and creating new expert roles within the force.

In 2023, Gary left West Midlands Police as a prominent and experienced full time expert, specialising in all areas of Drug Supply, Data Interpretation and ancillary related fields.

To date we have completed over 1000 expert reports in cases ranging from simple possession of drugs, street level supply groups, international drug supply, County Lines, Organised Criminal Networks and Encrypted mobile communications.

Gary has also been a prominent expert in the UK in the fields of Image and Performance Enhancing Drugs and Medicinal Cannabis.

For over two years Claymore Advisory Group are the only Drug Expert consultancy commercially aligned with a prominent UK Cannabis producer.

We have provided training of Medicinal cannabis to private companies and organisations as well as dozens of expert reports for court proceedings in cases involving prescribed Cannabis.
