Gordon Muir is a consultant urological surgeon at London Bridge Hospital. He was at King’s College Hospital for 28 years prior to moving to full time private practice, and is Honorary Senior Lecturer in Surgery at King’s College London.
He qualified in medicine at the University of Glasgow and spent time in active service as an Army medical officer, his training in surgery and urology was in London at St George’s and the Royal Marsden Hospitals.
His clinical expertise is in diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of prostate problems, male sexual dysfunction and infertility.
Medicolegally he has experience in testicular torsion, prostatic diseases and complications of urology and gynaecology treatment.
He has a special interest training and consent issues in medical negligence.
