Greg began working in the architecture industry in 2004, where he designed homes for people with disabilities from early in his career. In 2014, he started focusing exclusively on creating accessible homes.
Greg’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle; from assessing the accommodation needs of individuals with disabilities to preparing scheme proposals, budget costings, statutory approvals, tender documents, contract administration, cost control, and completion on site. His projects range from £100k adaptations to £1.8m new builds incorporating hydrotherapy pools.
Most of Greg’s instructions arise from clinical negligence and personal injury cases, covering a range of disabilities including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and cerebral palsy. He is experienced in liaising with solicitors and barristers, as well as case managers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals involved in the rehabilitation process.
Greg holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of East London, and is a Chartered Building Engineer registered with CABE. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and the Chartered Institute of Building. Greg has completed expert witness training with Bond Solon and is a member of the Expert Witness Institute.
Through his education and experience, Greg is able to provide his fair and impartial opinions to the courts, either through written or verbal evidence.
