I am an experienced Consultant specialising in adult cardiothoracic surgery and have been performing medico-legal work for more than 15 years.

I was appointed as a Consultant in Brighton in 2001 and have been in continuous employment since then. I perform my medico-legal consultations at The Spire Hospital, Brighton and at The London Bridge Hospital.

I am qualified to give opinions and prepare reports on a wide scope of cardiothoracic practice including pre-operative, operative and post-operative care related to elective and emergency heart surgery, including the aorta and intra-thoracic structures.

I have a particular specialist interest in chest trauma, and a large proportion of my previous medico-legal work relates to injury to the thoracic cage and the internal organs and structures of the chest following trauma.
