I’ve been a Consultant Ophthalmologist in active NHS clinical practice for over 25 years.

I have a special interest in Corneal disease, Trauma, Laser Eye Surgery, Refractive Surgery, complex Cataract Surgery (and the complications thereof), and Paediatric Ophthalmology.

I was the Past Senior Examiner for the Royal College Part 2 examination, and have undertaken External Clinical Review on behalf of the Royal College.

I have been providing expert witness services for most of my career, and have experience of giving evidence in Court, including extensive cross-examination.

I hold the Bond Solon Cardiff University Civil Expert Witness Certificate.
