I have extensive experience as a medico-legal expert. On average, 8 to 10 expert reports per month in medical negligence cases. I worked as consultant surgeon in the NHS from 1994 to 2023. Recently retired.
Instructed by solicitors on behalf of NHS Trusts and the NHS Resolution and by solicitors on behalf of claimants in medical negligence and personal injury cases.
Court appearances as expert witness in 2002, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2021, 2022. and 2024, including 8 appearances at the Royal Courts of Justice, 2 appearances at County Courts and 2 appearances at the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
