Mr Michael Cass has run a busy clinical practice in all aspects of spinal surgery, excluding operative treatment of paediatric deformity, for many years.  He has particular interests in back and neck pain, non-fusion treatment of degeneration and spinal trauma.

Mr Cass has undertaken medico-legal work for 18 years and currently produces around 20 reports a year in clinical negligence and personal injury, & accidental trauma including complex cases relating to the spine.

Mr Cass can typically see a patient for assessment within 3 months of confirmation of instruction and a draft report is usually completed and returned (unless records and imaging need to be sourced) within six weeks of the consultation.

Pre-Action & Causation reports can often be arranged within 2 months.

Mr Cass can see patients in Brighton & Hove. He does not standardly undertake domestic visits or consultations except in extenuating circumstance.
