I am a Consultant in Accident and Emergency Medicine. I have been a consultant for 25 years and remain in active clinical practice. I have prepared medical negligence reports for claimants and defendants dealing with all aspects of standard of care received in the Accident and Emergency Department.

I have prepared joint reports and attended meetings with Counsel on medical negligence matters. I have worked for major claimant and defendant legal firms nationwide. I have written and presented on Court appearance for expert witness.

As a Fellow of the Expert Witness Institute I mentor junior experts commencing work on medical negligence matters. I have an interest in LVI RTA and I have presented nationally and internationally on this topic.

Medical Negligence:

I have prepared medical negligence reports dealing with standard of care in the Accident and Emergency Department in the UK, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Hong Kong. I have prepared joint reports nationally and internationally.

Personal Injury:

I have a special interest in LVI whiplash injury to the neck. I am familiar with both sides of the argument on this matter.
