Mr Neil Slater graduated from Cambridge University in 1983; Mr Slater gained his certification of completion of specialist training in 1994; Mr Slater retired from NHS work 31/12/19.

Mr Slater continues to consult privately for spinal complaints in various Kent-based hospitals; Mr Slater no longer operates.

In addition to his clinical work, Mr Slater maintains a busy medico-legal practice, providing expert reports primarily related to spinal conditions, as well as general musculoskeletal trauma.

He remains actively involved in research and education, collaborating with junior colleagues to produce presentations and contribute to the advancement of the field.
