Nick is an experienced Building Society Vice Chair, Senior Independent Director and Chair of Risk Committee.

His expert witness work covers all aspects of residential mortgages and he is experienced in credit risk, consumer products/outcomes, governance, compliance and regulation.

Nick has provided expert opinion in respect of all aspect of mortgage lending including professional negligence claims, individual disputes, mortgage mis-selling and unfair relationship allegations.

His analysis covers often covers, credit assessment, the regulatory environment, mortgage sales/mis-selling, mortgage fraud and mortgage administration (including arrears and possessions).

Nick has accepted instructions as an expert witness since the mid-1990s and was admitted as a Full Member of the Academy of Experts on 19 January 1996.

He has received positive judicial comments in Judgments, for example:
