Oliver is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, working in manufacturing, contracting and consultancy sectors. Oliver is also an experienced Contract Administrator/Employer’s Agent.

He now specialises in dispute resolution, providing expert evidence in quantum matters. Oliver also holds the Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate. Oliver continues to practice as a quantity surveyor and contract administrator for project delivery.

Oliver trained with a main contractor working in the urban regeneration sector in London. He then moved to a major consultancy primarily working in educational capital procurement and public frameworks.

He provides quantum expert evidence in contemplation of litigation and in response to Adjudications.
