Rick Miller is a Consultant Dietitian (RD) and Certified Expert Witness with a Postgraduate Certificate in Expert Witness Training from Bond Solon/Cardiff University (2023).
He has provided CPR Part 35–compliant expert reports since 2018 in cases involving medical negligence, malnutrition, enteral and parenteral feeding regimes, nutritional neglect, and failure to thrive across both paediatric and adult populations.
He is experienced in accepting instruction from both Claimant and Defendant solicitors, as well as single joint instructions.
Rick graduated with a BSc in Human Biology from the University of St Andrews (2007), followed by an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition (2008), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics (2010).
He worked across multiple NHS Trusts from 2010 to 2013 in both inpatient and outpatient settings, gaining experience in gastroenterology, critical care, oncology, stroke, orthopaedics, paediatrics, medium-secure mental health, sports performance and general medicine.
Since 2013, Rick has worked exclusively in private practice. He is currently the Principal Dietitian for King Edward VII’s Hospital in London and the founder of Miller Health, a private men’s health clinic offering advanced diagnostic nutrition care for executives and high-performing professionals.
