I am regularly instructed to write medical reports covering a range of colorectal and general surgical disorders, mirroring my clinical and research interests.
I undertake on average 15-20 Expert Witness reports annually, dealing with medical negligence, breach of duty and causation, condition and prognosis, with an approximately 60:40 claimant / defendant split.
I am trained to appear in Court. I consult in Liverpool but I am willing to travel within the UK to see clients, within reason, and with agreement from instructing parties.
I have obtained the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate (CUBS).

Stomas.
Anal and rectal disorders, including anal abscess and fistula, haemorrhoids and fissure.
