Roger is an experienced (since 2001) expert in the insurance sector and has undertaken over 300 appointments in 25 years.

With more than 50 years’ experience Roger is well known and respected in the industry and is regularly engaged by his professional body, The Chartered Insurance Institute and the British Insurance Brokers Association to advise, lecture and write about insurance matters.

The majority of Rogers expert advices have contributed to avoiding court appearances. He has appeared in court on four occasions.

Roger is a member of the Academy of expert and attends training from the Academy and other similar organisations to keep up to date with expert’s obligations and responsibilities.

He is still practicing in the insurance industry as a claims dispute consultant and regularly involved with most classes of general insurance.

Roger does not advise on USA insurance; Reinsurance: Motor, Marine or Aviation insurances per se.

His experience as insurance practitioner and market negotiator significantly enhances the instructing lawyer’s appreciation of the key dynamics of the insurance disputes and so influences a successful outcome in the courts.
