I have been in specialist urological practice since 2010 and have held a substantive Consultant NHS post at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust since 2016.

I have undertaken formal Bond Solon training in expert witness report writing and giving evidence in court. I am an accredited expert for AvMA, and am a member of APIL and the UK Register of Expert Witnesses.

I specialise in all areas of general urology but have a busy regional and tertiary referral practice in functional and gynaecological urology, neuro-urology, urinary tract infections, urinary tract reconstruction (both open and robotic), and benign prostate enlargement (BPH), and have undergone fellowship training in these areas.

I am the South East London lead for BPH, and a member of the European Association of Urology Guidelines committee.

I have day to day experience and specialist expertise in:

• Vaginal mesh complications (TVT/TOT).
• Iatrogenic ureteric and bladder injuries – obstetric, gynaecological, colorectal.
• Urinary tract fistulae (vesicovaginal, rectourethral).
• Neuro-urology – spinal cord injury, brain injury, pelvic fracture, voiding dysfunction, cauda equina syndrome, bladder overdistension injury
• Urodynamics.
• Urological cancer.
• Prostate enlargement.
• Urinary tract infections.
• Bladder pain syndrome and interstitial cystitis.
• Urinary tract injury and incontinence after RTA.
• General urology, e.g. Missed testicular torsion, Fournier’s gangrene, complications related to vasectomy and circumcision.
