Mr Sameer Singh is a consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon who has acted as an expert witness since 2008.
He is Chair of the British Orthopaedic Association Medico-legal Committee and has provided training to solicitors regarding common orthopaedic conditions and long-term prognosis.
Mr Singh is instructed by both claimants and defendants on personal injury and medical negligence cases. Sameer deals with all matters pertaining to orthopaedic trauma (bone and soft tissue) and soft tissue injuries.
He can provide expert reports on all aspects of trauma, including upper and lower limb trauma and whiplash injuries.
His main special interest is upper limb injury, including hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder and neuropathic damage.

Mr Singh is faculty member for the Advanced Arthroscopic Shoulder Surgery Course and Basic Surgical Skills, training the surgeons of the future. Mr Singh is Consultant appraiser, educational supervisor, and mortality reviewer for the NHS.
Mr Singh undertakes regular CPD to ensure his clinical and legal practice is up to date.
